Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Steam Shelf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation when possible.

Claims for missing packages should be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged package and product.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

Steam Shelf will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Delayed Deliveries

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or shipping optimization.

Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to:
