We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item should include all original parts, accessories, and packaging whenever possible.

No products sold by Steam Shelf are designated as final sale items. All products are eligible for return under this policy, provided they meet the eligibility requirements above.

Free Return Shipping

Steam Shelf provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.

Free return shipping is available only for returns submitted and approved in accordance with this policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Refunds

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The restocking fee helps cover handling, inspection, processing, and inventory management costs associated with returned merchandise.

For example:

  • Product purchase price: $100.00
  • Restocking fee (5%): $5.00
  • Refund issued: $95.00

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.

If the claim is verified, Steam Shelf may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Provide a full refund
  • Offer another appropriate resolution

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, the 5% restocking fee will not apply.

Exchanges

At this time, Steam Shelf does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Conditions
